Samples & Gifts with Purchase - Terms & Conditions

Enjoy a little extra with your order from Neal’s Yard Remedies Malaysia. Complimentary samples and gifts with purchase are subject to the following terms.

1. Monthly Gifts with Purchase

Our monthly gift with purchase (GWP) offers normally include two tiers:

 Tier Minimum qualifying spend
Tier 1 RM500
Tier 2 RM1,000


The gifts available for each tier will be announced in the relevant monthly promotion. Please refer to the current offer for the gift selection, campaign dates and any additional conditions.

Qualifying spend is based on the value of eligible products after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

2. Additional Promotional Gifts

Additional gifts may be offered during selected promotional periods. These offers may have separate spending requirements, eligibility conditions and campaign dates.

Additional promotional gifts are included alongside monthly GWP offers only where stated in the relevant promotion.

3. Bundle Exclusions

The following bundles are not eligible for GWP offers:

  • Create Your Own Skincare Routine

  • Create Your Own Aromatherapy Bundle

Purchases of these bundles do not count towards the minimum qualifying spend for GWP offers. Any gift already included in a bundle forms part of that bundle’s offer.

4. Complimentary Samples

All orders will receive complimentary samples, subject to availability at the time of packing.

Sample types and quantities may vary according to available stock. Specific samples cannot be guaranteed, including those requested by customers. If samples are unavailable, an order may be dispatched without them.

5. Gift Availability

All gifts are available while stocks last during the stated promotional period. Reaching the minimum qualifying spend does not guarantee a gift if the promotional stock has been fully redeemed.

Please refer to the current campaign details to confirm whether Tier 2 includes the Tier 1 gift or a separate gift selection.

6. General Conditions

Complimentary samples and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or other products.

Each offer applies to an individual qualifying order. Purchases across separate orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend.
