Shipping Within Malaysia

Neal’s Yard Remedies MY currently ships within Malaysia only, including West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our local warehouse to ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during:

  • Peak sales periods

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier delays beyond Neal’s Yard Remedies’ reasonable control


Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees

West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • Standard Delivery: RM12

  • FREE Shipping for orders above RM200

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Standard Delivery: RM20

  • FREE Shipping for orders above RM650

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • West Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days

  • East Malaysia: 5 –10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service coverage and external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
